Over the past week when I try to connect to Payflex (my HSA) I get the following message: "Sorry.

My downloads from Payflex HSA account stopped working, and now trying to reset the account only returns "Sorry, we encountered an error" and asks me to try again ...

The Payflex HSA works with automatic transaction downloads just fine, however when funds are transferred to the investment side of the HSA, it shows a being pulled out of this account.

I used to be able to connect to my http://www.payflex.com account but not for the last month or so.
